About Me (Suz) Still living out my childhood superpower nickname

Susie Loechler Hello!
My story has always been about chasing the sun, the moon, and the black-and-white legendary travels of Ansel Adams. I also still lean into my favorite nickname as a kid, Suz, even though my legal name does not have a z in it. I still embrace that impromptu z as a secret sauce and superpower to give me the courage to keep moving forward in photography when life doesn't always share my ambition. The end goal is not about me and is about art and landscape photography as an inspirational service to others.

The majority of the work comes from my beloved home state of Minnesota where the water reflections and moody change of seasons are unforgettable. I have learned to embrace extreme temperatures in exchange for a front-row seat to some of God's most beautiful and dramatic views.
